1,000 meters of suck :(

Tonights WOD…. you have 15 minutes to do:
1000 meter row
75 wall balls (must hit the target or its a no-rep)
500 meter row
30 pull ups…..

How did I do…..
1000 meters in 4:30
75 wall balls but really did 90
233 meters row and then my 15 minutes was up.

So I didn’t finish, but I felt good…once I reached 500 on the rower I knew I could make it to 1000…..going from the rower to wall balls made my legs feel gumby like. 🙂
Over all it was a great time with hard working people!  🙂
